There are some web information, that shows which places are accessible. OpenStreetMap does have accessibility information is a lot of their entries. But because of their policies concerning the data, they can no import any sources with their own demands, even if it is just a mention.
So some other places combine the Open Street Map data with out sources. An example of this is accessibility.cloud. They offer a free upon registration API with the accessibility information for all the places. They are part of the sozialhelden (English translation would be something like social heroes). Some of their other projects include the state of the elevators in the Berlin.
The W3C page, there are examples of patterns for HTML elements of how to make them more accessible. These examples are safe to use in the code, as they were checked for their accessibility.
