Plow is self-described as helping “you focus on the content that is most likely to reward your attention by pooling together the collective wisdom of people that share your interests”.
Plow is using hand-made curation by fellow users on their website to endorse/add new content that you can follow by subscribing to anchors/topics hubs. by doing so the best content is going to flow back at you depending on the anchors you subscribed to.
Users can be tagged on comments, articles and they can also endorse individually any particular story.
Stories can also be aggregated to anchors/topics by adding new tags when publishing the story.
